Our aim; In accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and in line with your satisfaction, it is to inform you in the most transparent way about the ways your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, the persons with whom it is shared, the legal reasons and your rights.

a) Data Controller

- Communicating with you, taking your orders, carrying out your payment transactions, providing logistics cooperation with third parties and sending products, identifying products and services that may interest you and making suggestions accordingly, sending promotions and gifts, showing you special advertisements by analyzing your online behavior, measuring and improving the quality of the service we provide to you, managing our customer portfolio by profiling and scoring according to segments determined by us,

-To be used in comparative product and/or service offers, modeling, existing or new product studies and/or developments, and all kinds of products and services that will be offered to you within the scope of the law and relevant legislation regulating the works written in the COMPANY's articles of association, which are the subject of your disclosure of your personal data to the COMPANY,

- To comply with the information storage, reporting and information obligations stipulated by official institutions, to fulfill the requirements of the contracts and to fulfill the legal obligations to which the COMPANY is subject regarding the use of these services,

- In line with the purpose of determining and implementing the COMPANY's commercial and business strategies; Managing financial operations, communication, market research and social responsibility activities, purchasing operations (request, offer, evaluation, order, budgeting, contract), in-company system and application management operations, legal operations carried out by the COMPANY,

c) To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred

Your collected personal data; Limited to and valid for the entirety of the processing purposes specified in section b) above;

d) Personal Data Owner's Rights Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights using the methods set out below, the COMPANY will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. In this context, personal data owners have the right to request their rights listed in Article 11 of KVKK from the data controller COMPANY. You may submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights specified in Article 11, in Turkish and in writing, in accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller No. 30356 dated 10.03.2018, or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address previously notified to the COMPANY and registered in our system.
